When are they presentable?

I often refer to the monsters as "not fit for public viewing".
Yesterday we had semi planned to go to a friends house and bbq dinner together...
Needless to say, mine didn't nap well... they were certainly NOT PRESENTABLE!
So once again a nice idea on a great weekend was shot to smithereens... We stayed home and turfed them into bed without much pomp and circumstance. Which was better than dragging them howling and screaming from our friends house!
HEAVING SIGH!
I think that by the time they are presentable, they won't want to be seen with us. Right?
Must go and consume some of their "treats" now... Mama needs a sugar rush =)
